Not a postal kit. Not a clinic trip.
A postal test gives you numbers and no one to explain them. A GP or clinic means travel, waiting rooms, and rationed time. Aven sends a registered clinician to your door, draws blood properly, acts if something needs attention, and interprets it with you — then keeps monitoring it over time.

A named clinician,
accountable to you.
Tahlia Weller founded Aven Health to bring the rigour of frontline emergency care into the calm and privacy of the home. As a HCPC-registered paramedic, she personally sets our clinical protocols, phlebotomy standards, reference-range governance, and escalation pathways — so every visit meets a single, uncompromising clinical standard.
“People deserve clinical care that comes to them, delivered with the same discipline I was trained to give in an emergency — calm, precise, and completely accountable.”

Governed like a clinic.
Delivered like a concierge.
Aven Health is a preventative screening and monitoring service. It supports, and does not replace, care from your GP or the NHS, and is not a diagnosis. In an emergency, call 999.
Questions, answered plainly.
Who actually comes to my home?
An HCPC-registered paramedic — a clinician specifically trained to deliver safe, autonomous care outside a hospital, including venous blood draws, clinical observations, and escalation if anything needs urgent attention. They arrive in an unmarked vehicle for complete discretion.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. Aven provides preventative screening and monitoring designed to support — not replace — care from your GP or the NHS. Where a result falls outside reference ranges, we explain it clearly and signpost the appropriate next step.
How is my health data protected?
Your data is processed under UK GDPR as Special Category health data, hosted in the UK/EU, and encrypted in transit and at rest. You can request access to or deletion of your records, subject to mandatory clinical retention rules.
Where do you cover, and how fast are results?
We serve London, the South East, and the Home Counties, seven days a week. Samples travel to our UKAS-accredited partner laboratories under cold-chain control, with clinician-reviewed results typically returned within 72 hours.
What happens if a result is concerning?
Our clinical escalation pathway triggers a review and, where appropriate, direct contact and signposting to your GP, NHS 111, or emergency care. Patient safety governs every step.
